Workshop Series: Master Classes for Small-Business Owners

To help aspiring small-business owners and community members expand their entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) will welcome finance expert LaRese Purnell to lead a series of workshops on Mondays this fall.

Sessions take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on the dates below:

Sept. 12: Customer Retention and Attraction - Sales, marketing and branding, social media management

Sept. 26: Empowering and Growing Your People - Customer service, culture, recruiting and human resources, payroll

Oct. 3: Financial Management - Financial statements, taxes, accounting practices, pricing strategies, budgeting

Oct. 10: Business Growth - Access to capital, real estate acquisition, business plans (location yet to be confirmed)
